We had two guys get jobs elsewhere via Staffing agencies. Wednesday at World of Beers was on the staffing agency.

It was cool for the guys leaving (I'm all for them getting better opportunities) to say "this is Sean. If you can get *him* away from [my company], you would be eternally grateful. But good luck."
