I get what you are saying. Who on the Patriots scares you after Brady? They shut down the run, and yes that requires skill. But when you don't have the pass attack to get burned stacking the line it's not hard to stack the line.

The good news for the Broncos is that the NFC teams remaining are also run first teams so you can basically use this same scheme though the NFC has better linemen to open up those holes and the Niners do have Vernon Davis and Crabtree to scare you in the air. Seattle will have Harvin back as well to stretch that field.
