Bad news, Johnny Football!

" The Cleveland Browns hold the fourth overall selection in the 2014 draft.

But to ensure they could get the quarterback they covet, they are apparently willing to trade up to get him if necessary. That player? Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, according to a report from CBSSports.com.

The Browns have the draft picks to make a deal after trading Trent Richardson to Indianapolis for a first-rounder. The former Heisman winner would certainly be an upgrade over Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell.

And even though Brian Hoyer impressed during his time as the team's starting quarterback, a new coaching regime would likely want to start fresh with a new quarterback they can groom."
