a quick follow up on this ...

i'm guessing there aren't too many folks involved ... as far as I can recall (and according to the wiki page thing Bery set up) ... it's just a few of us ... myself, con_carne, Bery, and maybe Vermin? are there others involved? if not, maybe we can be a little more "generous" on our word count limits we set? i'm pushing 5k on word count right now, and i go a certain avenue w/ my story, i could probably push upwards of 10k or a little more ... I think we set a "soft target" limit of around 5 - 8,000 words. I'm really trying to keep it pretty short, but, like I said, it's starting to develop nicely. I guess I could always do a shortened version of the story for our anthology and then maybe later do a new version of the story or something if we really need to keep the word counts down. I was just thinking that, since there may not be a lot of active participants, we might be a little more lenient or whatever with the word count ... anyway, that's just my thoughts for the moment ...
