even the "uncapped" year isn't really uncapped. If you finish in the top 8 in the playoffs you can't sign free agents unless you lose them, there are restrictions on how much more a player can make than in 2009, and a bunch of other restrictions
they will disband the league before they turn themselves into the joke that is the MLB.
