as an admitted novice on this, what I've read seems to say that since she was already convicted and time served

even though that was overturned, she can't be extradited for the second conviction. Essentially, time served, too bad you shouldn't have let her go.

The sense I got from the cnn article I read earlier was that it was less about "time served" than it was "you can't just try her again". -- nm
