stv action movie recommendation: american ninja 2!

is the plot totally predictable? check
is the lead guy kinda wooden? check

but does it waste very little time on incidentals and is it totally way less stupid than the average big budget action extravaganza and last but not least is it packed chock full of KICKASS FIGHTS?
