that is fantastic news - we are a wonderful source of info on this type of diet - let us know if you get bored or have issues

you may get tired and you will need to eat more if that happens.

the hunger goes away, so you eat less, you are just not hungry but that will make you very tired and feel sick. watch for that.

also: your hair may come out - not in clumps and not a lot but strands.

also: you may feel a bit loopy like your mental function is not up to speed - that goes away I promise. Your body is figuring out how to run on alternative fuel sources.
