I've done this once before in the past and I remember that 'loopy' feeling - I was very dizzy for a few days.

I do remember it going away, though.

I have a feeling I'm eating more carbs than I *should* be eating, but I'm getting them through the fruits/veggies and I kinda need them to keep my sugar up when it dips. Yesterday I woke up low and needed to get my sugar up, so I had frozen raspberries instead of a glass of OJ. Hopefully that was a good substitution.

Also - thanks for those recipes, I have the Greek meatloaf in the crock pot right now! (I had to use fresh spinach instead of frozen, hopefully that works.)
