snack list inside - pork rinds will save your life!

pork rinds ( I would make runs to 7-Eleven for this stuff)
beef jerky - try to get stuff that is not overly processed - they contain a lot of added sugar - stay away from terikiy flavor
cherry tomatos
nuts - almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans etc
cucumber slices dipped in ranch dressing or low fat yogurt dip
Califlower dipped - see above
avocado slices
Dannon use to make low carb yogurt and smoothies ( hard to find now but they are very, very good)
Atkins makes shakes and candy - but try not to eat a lot of this - the jury is still out on whether their type of non sugar is still raising your blood sugar to unacceptable levels.
I got crock pot cooker recipes for some candied nuts that are good - they use splenda
stock up on sugar free koolaid.
