Nikki. I totally see her as the type that wants to soak up the idea that someone else likes her. She is a huge hypocrite in all manner of being. Now, admittedly, I was a little skeptical of what happened last night but coming after the 'intervention' I see it more as her way of rationalizing anything she does.
Ben and Margie. This has been brewing for a long time and I think you hit the nail on the head when it is looking at the family dynamics of young wives and the sons of fathers.
Totally understand Bill feeling lost right after his 4th wife left him. His manhood (both physically and emotionally as well as his position as the patriarch has taken some hits lately. And this before he even knew about his daughter.
That was a tough scene toward the end of last night's ep. And that pig rooting around that woman - funny and ewwww all at the same time.
Can't recall all the points right now but when HBO said last night there were only three episodes left, I was sad.
