Even if it hadn't been caused by the earlier miscall, I actually would have preferred the penalty shot. I'll take my chances on that rather than 4 on 3 becoming 5 on 3.

To a larger point, wouldn't penalty shots have been a more fun way to decide than double power players, Krusty?
