So in the last period of the tournament the refs are going to call a penalty that shouldn't have been called just because there had been warnings not to commit the penalty that wasn't committed? The announcers in the broadcast booth said it seemed like a make-up call... Make up calls should never, effectively, deter in the outcome of a game.
