I am debating the series of events. I think you are wrong on all three. You said that the only certain penalty was not a penalty. You seem to think the slash call is fine. And you are arguing that the fallout from the makeup call did not impact the outcome of the game when that is exactly what it did.
We were having an epic hockey match for the gold medal and the refs fucked it up by trying too hard not to fuck it up. I wanted to see the best team win. We'll never know who that was now.
