and when you combine that with a restaurant owner that is a psychotic troll then shit like Amy's baking happens.

i think some of these places that got a horrid review may be right in checking out that the writer didn't actually eat there.

A friend who does 'organic' weddings in hawaii had her biz cut in half by a bad review from someone she did not in fact do any wedding planning or catering for, all she did was a simple wedding ceremony officianting and as she recalls them they were satisfied average folks who had no issues at the time, with her or anything else going on with their vacation time. just out of the blue.
