I know her past, but if she tests clean, there's no reason to stop this fight from happening.

As long as they're clean, I'm fine with the fight happening. I'm not keen with the therapeutic use exemptions (on the men's side) and the designer drugs are hard to pick off.
I'm pro-regular mandatory testing. If you can't fight clean, don't fight at all.
