You take a deep breath, you look around the room a few times, you ask everyone again, and then "Are you sure?...Sure no one wants to trade up for him?" before turning in Manziel's draft card.

And then you have to actually put a program in place to keep him reined in because he's very possibly the 2nd coming of Brett Favre, in either direction.

1990s all-world Brett Favre or late 2000's Brett Favre into triple coverage.
