Out of the 12 stadiums that will host in Brazil, only six will be new though there'll be a bunch of renovations to existing stadiums

The big money - or at least more money than is being spent on the stadoums - is going to infrastructure - airports, roads, urban transport systems, etc, which Brazil badly needs.
