Every beer you try has to be a special snowflake with its own story and education. And when you get tired of the beers you said were supposed to be ohso great? Add fucking fruit and chocolate and cardamom and shit so that it tastes even more unique and different from the thousand other cutesy microbrews out there. You know, instead of actually choosing a few beers you like and then sticking with them because they are as good as you say they are.

End rant.
