i'm going to do the phone interview, then tell them i couldn't consider without more money.

it's about what i'm making now, but i'm in freakin Houston where it's cheap. this is also a senior manager position and i'd expect more anyway.
it's really about money on this.. i'm well suited, but i'll be poor trying to commute all over and live in that area.
