In theory, sure, but in practice it doesn't always work out that way, and it's not always clear why one type of religious expression (eg attire)

is allowed in the workplace, while another (eg religious passage in an email sig) is not
My own thought is that if someone wore a cross on a necklace, I would think nothing of it, but if they put a Bible passage in their email sig I would think they were a little weird, and I'm not quite sure why I think that
