the hiring manager did say i was very concise (some of her other candidates tended to ramble on a bit) and was extremely technically capable for what they're trying to do, which she liked.

sooo.. good stuff...

the pay is still too low, so i'm trying to figure out when i let them know. i think if they offer me another interview, i'll counter with wanting more pay or ending the process. i'd be asking for 20 - 30k GBP more than what they're offering, soo... i think that'll end it, but you never know. i've gotten where i am by being bold :)
