What has me thinking it's closer to real than not is the women they're seeing.

We're not talking super models here. The lady in that episode was like what, groin, 60?
These are very rich, but everyday looking women. Most are a little older, a lot are on the chunky side. I'd think if it was more "reality" they'd have nothing but super models as "clients."
I could definitely be wrong though.
