he's not wrong. And neither was Blount.
Sherman stays on one side of the filed and ends up taking every team's #2 WR out of the game.
The real shut down corners (Deion, Champ, Revis Island) are put on the #1 WR and take him out of the game. Sherman doesn't do that.
Not saying he's not great...just saying he's not as great as he claims to be, if he can't move around the field and shadow the #1 guy.
Would he have the stats that he has if he covered Megatron, AJ Green, D Thomas, etc week after week? Not saying that he wouldn't...just saying that we'll never know because O coordinators will just make sure someone else in on his side of the field.
I hate that it's a tool bag like Hall saying it...but being a douche doesn't mean he's wrong.
