There are so many raised ranches (built from the 50s onward) in various states of currency and quality that the prices are all over the place. I saw them anywhere from 225-399K

My parents sold for (I think?) 160 in 1993. My Aunt (who lived next door) sold for low 200s around 2000 I think. I heard a house on the street may have sold for us much as 300 recently but can't confirm.
