The person being chased ALWAYS falls down. And I don't know if this counts, but I'm tired of the "coming up" on reality shows prior to commercials.

Face Off, Runway, etc. It's a minute or so before every commercial break that could be used to show something new. And it's not like I'm changing the channel on Face Off in the middle of a challenge.
