Either direction, either impossibly accurate shooters, or impossibly bad shooters.

the hero will never miss despite the absolute impossiblity of his situation (Hawaii 5.O) or the bad guys will not be able to shoot the good guys regardless of what weapons they have and tactical position....(Hawaii 5.O)
