We discussed it at the time his comments on it surfaced. He was such a great talent he couldn't appreciate Rudy's struggles.

He (Montana) said they lifted Rudy up on their shoulders as a 'joke', others, those who actually did it, have disagreed.
As much as I love Montana, I think he's just oblivious on this one.
