I call her Rooster Bitch - she had illegal Roosters and called the code enforcement on us continually

I confronted her and told her to come tell us if she had a problem. she denied she did it. I asked her about the roosters and she denied they were hers. I told her that's interesting because our other neighbor was going to start picking them off ( with a gun) - funnily the roosters were gone the next day. We use to have driveway wars where I'd plant trashy Pink Flamingos up and down the driveway as close as I could get them to her side. this went on for years.
