note though.. if this follows the trend of the other part of town going this way, rent will eventually get into the $900 range..

the block we're on is almost entirely owned by a big condo group... they're buying up all over that area. town homes are getting ready to be put in along alabama street right next to our property.

just need some bars and restaurants and this place will be booming.
