Wouldn't work. They pulled this on the very first season of Big Brother because there wasn't enough conflict in the house.

If they tried this on Survivor, no one would admit anything to the cameras.
The Big Brother house in season 1 was too peaceful. The contestants were getting along, etc., and evictions weren't what they were supposed to be, with bile and backstabbing (like it is in Big Brother elsewhere). The potential evictees were supposed to campaign to save their asses and encourage viewers to vote out the other guys, but it wasn't happening. Instead, it was more like "Bill's a really nice guy. I wouldn't want for him to go home." So they started showing the contestants the videos but it backfired and the contestants just got closer together. The next season, they totally revamped the show so that the contestants would decide who got voted out instead of the TV viewers.
