(sorry, had a meeting) Gym follow-ups from B2

I'm intimidated because I have always been out of shape. I can't run, I can't jog. I get winded on a couple of flights of stairs. Even in high school, wen I was only maybe 10-20 pounds overweight, I couldn't run around the track during PE like the other kids, I ran out of breath and my lungs hurt (nb: doctors swear I am not asthmatic)

Plus I am super self-conscious. And all those people in gyms are like fit, hot people who know how to use the machines and can run for hours. And I'm the flabby guy who doesn't how to turn on the treadmill who shows up in January 2 for a New Year's resolution, you know?

But I need to be more active for my health. All this sitting around will (literally) kill me. So I have to get into a habit once and for all.
