the fact that you are there, trying to improve yourself, gives you something in common with them.

I know your head tells you otherwise, but you need to get past that. Concentrate on what you need to do.

You have to build up from square one, and you can get better at running or eliptical machines, just start slow, for 5 minutes, and work your way up.

Trust me, no one cares about you and what you are doing there, unless you are falling on your face on a treadmill, then they might notice.
