Something I did over the weekend that I wish I had done 12 months ago...

Kim and I compiled a list of everywhere we ever eat. We then googled the nutrition information for the meals we are likely to order. By having precise calorie counts at each place as well as knowing exactly what the "splurges" such as desserts and drinks are, I have an easier time quantifying what to eat. In fact, I had Buddy's BBQ for lunch today because I knew that it was 400 calories lower than the other items I was considering. I'm planning on doing this for my dinners as well.
