maybe I'll pick up a styrofoam cooler to stash in our room *just in case* - we can keep things chilled with ice from the vending areas in the hotel

I know I'll probably totally "over order" - I always have "to go" boxes and wind up snacking either late night or the next morning on whatever I didn't finish. Call it my mom's upbringing where food was not wasted because she lived through the depression.
