Doesn't that depend on how far apart they had the 2 guys in the first place?

I've heard arguments made by the "experts" for all 3 of the QBs to be the first selection. Which suggests to me that no one really seems to stand out above the rest.
So, all else being pretty close to equal, shouldn't the pro day be part of what helps them determine who they think is better?
