That is correct! Monorail - House of Blues - Wolfgang Puck - and Sugar Factory comps are all NOT counted against whatever your monthly comp limit is

Based on your playing the game.
You'll see that on the comps that do not count - you can't combine them ... but for instance getting a free app or food item while eating at Puck's is a nice perk for not too much in loyalty points.
So for a day when say we have no meal gathering planned - getting a free Wolfgang Puck Margherita Pie would be an option. Even just to TRY it - as I've never had the chance to eat his food. So maybe after Zumanity - or late night Thursday - those food or drink items at those places might be a cheap and easy choice.
It certainly doesn't hurt to have the comp if you have the points - I mean - I won't be back to Vegas again this year ... So might as well spend them!
