Turkey burger (I know.. stay with me) mixed with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and home made onion bbq sauce... covered in thick cut pepper bacon and

muenster cheese on a nicely toasted bun. HOLY CRAP.

On the side.. a 5 pound pork loin i had rubbed with brown sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne, and lots of garlic and roasted to 145 degrees.

MEAT MEAT MEAT. i wanted to slip into a coma...

Oh, yeah... cooked the burgers in the bacon fat left. Also had baked beans.. with some of the bacon fat dumped in.
