It is certainly a conversation that needs to occur and three months is probably too long to wait.

But let's be clear about a few things:
1. He didn't leave her over the deception, he left her over the transgender issue. She felt uncomfortable sharing the fact because she feared it would cause him to leave her and he proved her right (that said, they clearly weren't right for each other)
2. The sister isn't Glinda the Good Witch. She's a bitch that told him about the transgender issue for her own gain (and possibly to hurt her sister who she has a prolem with) and not out of the goodness of her heart
