What if the man wants to have biological children with the woman he loves. Not sure where science is at this moment but I don't think that's possible

It's simply not fair to the other person. Is it wrong that my wife didn't want to date a man with kids? She went out with a guy that didn't tell her he had kids. She found out and dumped him. He said, but my kids don't live with me. You still have them.
Everyone has deal breakers. It's how we choose a mate. Some reasons are not politically correct. I would be friends with a transgendered person, absolutely. Friendship has different requirements from being a spouse.
There have been straight people that married transgenders because they don't have an issue with it. But if a person has an issue with it, it needs to be explored early in the relationship or the relationship is based on lies.
