I have three things going for me in that respect: 1. Me. 2. The expansion to a new facility. 3. The person leaving my position was an unpaid volunteer

Both of the women are 60+ and though this is their passion you can see that the hours are taking their toll in them. If I can right the ship organizationally, and leave them to just do the fundraising, etc., and not have to worry about the day to day operations...
