I felt the 4.1 this afternoon, but wasn't sure at the time whether it was a quake. I was standing at a traffic light waiting to cross the street and

it seemed the ground was swaying. I looked up at the lights and street signs and nothing seemed to be moving so I figured it was traffic movement....guess not.
