They were basically doomed.
Flights are usually predetermined or at the very least balanced.
I've said it before but I would loooove to see a behind the scenes on how this show is produced. How do they film on planes with the new regulations? Do they always have tickets for a cameraman in case the team gets on the plane? When there aren't any more seats, is that true or do they just mean for Amazing Race participants, like if I was there with my wife at the same time, not racing, would I get the same answer?
Because it shows them run and jump in a cab, but then 'poof' there is a camaraman in the cab with them.
They've been doing more go-pro stuff lately, but most of the time it's still handheld camerawork.
How many do they have? Are they everywhere?
What does Phil do for the hours and hours he waits for teams to arrive at the mat?
So many questions.
