I will say this about Sansa Stark (spoils spec)

I would not be the least surprised if she doesn't eventually surprise everyone and turn into this secret cunning SOB.

I just don't see her character placating everyone by lying just to survive. I eventually see her becoming an equal in cunning to a Littlefinger, Cersei, Margery, etc.

Just like I see Arya becoming this brutal killing machine.

I see Sansa becoming Cersei lite (although not malicious and evil)
