Martin said that he envisioned the ending, at least at one point, as a camera panning out over a desolate field of bodies, so...
But my money, right now is on Tyrion, Dany, Jon, Bran and Arya surviving through the end.
Maybe even Rickon, the feral boy. :-)
I think Jaime goes out in a noble sacrifice.
Cersei probably ends up in the stew in Flea Bottom.
Littlefinger gets a sky cell, at the very least.
Varys probably gets killed by one of the Martell vipers.
