Until he found the magic mechanics tweak, he was....

if he had learned that tweak 5 years earlier, he's arguably capable of approaching 400 wins.

He didn't get to the majors till he was 26 iirc; and didn't get to be decent till 29.

He was legitatimely 6-7 years behind guys like Glavine and Maddux and finished better than Glavine and in the conversation with Maddux.

I refuse to discuss Roger.
