I was the only non smoker in the family, I remember driving to LA, 4 smokers and since AC in those days could barely keep up, dad would put it on...

recirculate so instead of trying to cool 110' fresh air down to a mere 85, we would condense smoke down to 70's.
When we sold the car the windows were tinted orange
