Actually, it's the opposite. The amount of time we've put into this...the trainings that have already begun...

it's kind of a devastating blow to providers and payers a like. So much time and money have been invested to have this ready to go by Oct 2014...and now it's being pushed?
Not sure what we're gonna do now.
