I saw an interview recently with Lindsay Graham where he was pressed (by a Fox News reporter!) about what the Republicans could offer as an alternative. His response was that well, yes, any GOP plan would have to include coverage for pre-existing conditions, people like that. And the idea of letting people stay on their parents' plan until they're 26 was good too. But they're hard at work at finding other things to dislike about it!
