So I think I'm ready to do my first 10 DVDs to Vudu tonight. Will anyone be online if I need help?

Kelly gave me some pretty straightforward instructions, but if I run into questions will anyone be around?

I just need to download the Vudu software to my desktop computer, insert the DVDs into the disc drive, and it'll walk me through the process, right?
